Hello and Welcome
We are sharing our proposals for a new residential development on Library Street, helping to deliver much-needed housing in a well-connected part of Belfast.
The proposal includes 170 apartments, made up of 32 one-bedroom apartments, 126 two-bedroom apartments and 12 three-bedroom apartments. Each apartment would have its own private balcony, with residents able to enjoy shared outdoor amenity spaces designed to encourage community living.
Through this consultation, you can find out more about what is being proposed and tell us what matters most to you. Your feedback will help shape the plans before a planning application is submitted.
Our project team is available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm to discuss the proposals or respond to any queries you may have.
